Church by Danish architect J.B. Løffler in 1877The church was made in 1877 by the architect J.B. Løffler. The building is of red bricks in new romanesque style, decorated with pilaster strips and round arch panels. The church has slate roof and the tower is shaped like a pyramid. The romanesque font is from the previous church. In the pulpit is a painting of Jesus' crucifixion by J. Hansen-Aarslev from 1878. In the chanel is a gilt bronze relief made by Erik Heide from 1996. It shows the crucifixed surrounded by 12 doves. The church bell is a ship's bell from the British warship Skt. George, which sunk in 1811. North of the church is stone work marking where the old church was.
